We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the operation and maintenance of rental properties and who wants to work together with other colleagues in Rental Properties to maintain our high results in customer satisfaction index! 

As a temporary Property Manager, you will primarily be responsible for properties in and around Kortedala and Partille. As a Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily maintenance and contact with tenants. You will work with classic property management tasks but with extended responsibilities. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will take on the responsibility of planning and structuring your work to best manage the properties you are responsible for. The position is a study temporary position starting in February 2026 and lasting until April 16, 2027. 

Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will include:

• handling maintenance requests and providing feedback to tenants

• performing systematic rounds and inspections including handling measures to maintain fire protection, etc.

• conducting inspections upon tenant move-out

• planning and performing minor repairs and ongoing maintenance

• ordering and following up on property supplies and minor contracting work

• following up on calendars

• conducting apartment viewings for rentals as needed

Qualifications 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driver's license B

• Property management education at the high school level or equivalent experience

• at least one year of professional experience in the property industry or as a repairman/installer

• experience with repairs in apartments and apartment inspections

• experience with HVAC, electrical, and control systems is a plus

Some parts of your work will be done digitally, so you need to be comfortable working with both computers and phones as tools in your daily work. It is also important that you can express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

The position is a fixed-term employment, full-time, with start date to be agreed upon.
